Once the program is running, press the "Play!" button to get started!

I'm having trouble or not able to purchase the other volumes!
It's asking me to pay for volumes I'm simply trying to restore!
The application is slow, froze up, or is acting strange!
I'm having a problem not listed here!

I'm having trouble or not able to purchase the other volumes!


If you are having trouble purchasing the internal volumes please check the following:
1: Is your device connected to the internet either via wifi or cellular network? (See Fig1)
2: Are in-app purchases enabled on your device? Check that there are no restrictions setup in your settings.
This can be checked under Settings->Restrictions->In-App Purhcases (See Fig2)
3: Are you signed into the Apple store with a valid account? (See Fig3)
This can be setup under Settings->Store->Sign In

I purchased volumes and am having trouble restoring them!


If you wish to restore an in-app purchase that was lost during an upgrade, device failure, replacement, etc, simply follow these instructions:
First, click on the "Volume" that you would like to restore. NOTE: Users that have purchased all the in-apps via the discount button should restore using the same "discount purchase" in-app button! You will be prompted by Apple with an accept charges screen. (See Fig1)
Accept this charge (don't worry you will not be charged)
You will then see a screen that says, "You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free." (See Fig2)

The application is slow, froze up, or is acting strange!


In the event your application is running slow, or has frozen, please execute the following steps to help remedy the problem.
1: Exit What is it? by clicking on your home button.
2: Now double-click your home button to reveal your background tasks (see Fig1) in the bottom "quick launch" bar and then tap and hold the What is it? icon until it starts to jiggle and then close it and any other apps you are not using as they may be using a substancial amount of your iPad's memory and resources.
3: Now that you have closed all your unneeded background tasks, reset your iPad by cycling it's power. Simply click and hold the power button until the "Slide to power off" button appears and power off the unit.
4: Lastly, power on your unit and run What is it? again.

I'm not having a problem not listed here!
